  		Each year over 200,000 men are newly diagnosed with PCa in North America.  CPC-100 is for asympto-matic 'watchfull waiting' PCa patients who fail prostate removal & hormone therapy, with no approved drug availble to them.

Colby Pharmaceutical Company has developed two lead drugs, CPC-100 and CPC-200, and two pipeline drugs, CPC-300 and CPC-410.  These four are all small molecule drugs each with different targets for patients at the four different stages of recurrent prostate and brain cancer.

 

Colby’s  therapeutic compounds act directly at the cellular metabolic sources of oxygen free radicals in prostate and certain other human cells and inhibit tissue oxidative damage, inflammation, tumor progression, angiogenesis and metastasis. The diseased and cancerous prostate epithelial cells can be therapeutically treated with OSM drugs with little or no significant effect on normal prostate cells.
