Prostate Cancer (PCa) will affect most men if they live long enough and PCa is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths.

Each year over 200,000 men are newly diagnosed with PCa in North America.  CPC-100 is for asympto-matic 'watchfull waiting' PCa patients who fail prostate removal & hormone therapy, with no approved drug availble to them.

Drugs for  therapy-resitant solid cancers & hypoxic conditions

Colby's mission is to develop & sell drugs for hypoxia & therapy-resistant tumors

Hasan Mukhtar, PhD

Scientific Advisory Board Member

Dr. Mukhtar is the Helfaer Professor of Cancer Research and Vice Chair or Research, Department of Dermatology, UW-Madison and Chairman, Department Of Defense Prostate Cancer Medical Research Program (US Army DOD PCMRP) Panel.

Dr. Mukhtar is also the Associate Editor of the International Journal of Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research, and Cancer Therapy. Dr. Mukhtar is an expert in natural products and among the first pioneers in biochemically identifying and elucidating the mechanisms and therapeutic anti-cancer uses of Green Tea Polyphenols and other therapeutics, including CPC-300.

He has pioneered these and other important new multi-targeted natural product derived small molecules as highly active pharmaceutical drugs for the therapy and prevention of prostate adenocarcinomas, pancreatic adenocarcinomas, colon, skin and breast carcinomas.

Dr. Mukhtar's and his research team's research focus is cancer prevention and therapy and to establish the utility of naturally occurring dietary chemical substances in therapy of prostate, skin amd other solid cancers. For these studies, Dr. Mukhtar has used cellular and molecular approaches in cell culture systems and intervention studies in transgenic mouse models. Dr. Muhktar and his team has established a mechanistic basis for developing novel approaches for prevention and therapy of therapy-resistant solid cancers.
