Prior to this time, he was employed as VP and General Manager, Centaur Pharmaceuticals Inc, Executive VP and President/Executive Vice President at Oculex Pharmaceuticals, Vice President of Research and Development at CooperVision Ophthalmic Products; Director of Research and Development at Wesley-Jessen; and Manager of Research and Development at Abbott Laboratories.
Dr. Narducy has many years of drug development experience and is a highly regarded and effective senior manager, pharmaceutical executive and physical organic chemist. Dr. Narducy has been a pharmaceutical expert and executive for many years. Previously, he has been a key manager and scientist at nine companies involved in the development and commercialization of therapeutic drugs and ophthalmic products.

Dr. Narducy holds a Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry from Ohio State University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the University of Chicago.
